Planning the project was no easy task it was essentially a pipeline that we were making we would have to keep handing work around to each other so the next person could make what they needed to make the first thing we would need to do was decide upon the actual project which we eventually did after that we assigned out roles decided who would do what then came the real planning.
We first needed a way to share our work with each other and create a way of communicating so we made a box for sharing files and a discord group to communicate we decided on this form of communication as it is the most widely used and easiest to chat with.
I planned to make one area at a time as to not get confused while making the assets and I would be starting with the shrine then moving onto the village and finally the forest then give each set of assets to the team as I created them so they could plan out the level and make it.
Each week we would move onto the next Area or part of the game so making all the assets was one of the most important parts of the project but after I would make the assets Kyran would lay out the level in Unreal while Sophie would be making the 2D elements of the project.
We would need to plan the 2D card game element and that was the responsibility of Kyran and Sophie to make design and plan that part of the project but other than that the only part left is time management which is to spend at least every Tuesday and Wednesday working on this assignment and getting the game operational at least.
