For the scene, I created an ocean under the bridge as well as a sky In the image you can see both the textures for these and as for the lighting well the sky texture actually does that for me It gave the scene a better lighting pattern than just a normal sun light.
Before I render out the final animation I first needed to see how the first section would render with the new lighting and ocean elements and of course there was issues such as the ocean moving too fast so that needs changing for the final video.
