Its all because I’m now a Digital Design student at the University Of Hull and I need more places to show off my work other than my personal websites its mainly becausethis one is controlled by the university itself so I can post everything here for anyone that might be interested.
Who am I?
My given name is Ian Mcfayden but I go by “Taminaion” as a screenname and its been my dream for quite some time now to create animations and make amazing things with the power of 2D and 3D applications and game engines and someday bring all my ideas to life threw those programs.

DESIGN, PLAY, CREATE
As a contemporary digital designer I may be asked to arrange a photoshoot, design a logo, set-up a web site, create a mood-board, storyboard an animation and I will need to be highly adaptive and flexible, ready to take on all sorts of creative problems and learn new software quickly.
PRINCIPLES OF VISUAL DESIGN
Principles of Visual Design will introduce to me the core principles of visual design and I will be challenged to think creatively and to effectively communicate my ideas. This will help me apply the the core principles of visual communication as I begin to master the challenging process of conceptual thinking.
3D ASSET DESIGN
3D Asset Design will enable me to advance my conceptual design and problem-solving skills towards a professional level Through a combination of research, study and practical projects, I will widen ,my awareness of professional 3D design theory, principles and practice.
THE ART OF FILMMAKING
An intense filmmaking course designed to give me a broad overview of filmmaking preproduction, production and post-production techniques.
INTRODUCTION TO MOTION GHRAPHICS AND ANIMATION
An opportunity to explore the principles of animation, motion graphics and audio/visual environments, providing you with and opportunity to develop a range of skills in animation/motion graphics/audio techniques
UI AND UX DESIGN
This will introduce me to the concepts and principles of UI/UX design (UXD). This is a key aspect of digital design and there are many employment opportunities in this area that I may wish to consider in the future
Programs
This is a list of programs I have been learning over the years at university ranking from most knowledgeable to least knowledgable or minimal knowledge to accomplish a certain task or function.
Blender
A free and open source 3D creation suite and my most knowledgeable program
Substance Painter
3D painting & texturing software, my knowledge is constantly improving in this program.
Zbrush
Digital sculpting tool, my knowledge is lacking in areas of this program and I need to use and learn it more however I have created one or two characters in it.
Adobe Audition
Digital audio workstation, I am learning this from scratch in my third year of university
Unreal Engine
Game Engine, I have enough knowledge In this to test asset packs I create in other programs.
Substance Designer
tileable, dynamic and modular textures PBR base material creator, I have minimul knowledge in this But have used it once or twice to acomplish a few Projects.
